well for there are 2 things i recognize : The Brute Minigun and the Luchadores Skull for the Building...i remember to saw this somewhere.
Saints Row IV looks Promising For me it will be the Best Game Of 2013!.

That's not a luchadore skull. That's the voodoo doll that Mr Sunshine used with a background of the Samedi skull logo.

This shot actually has some interesting composition as there's something from each game in here. If I'm not mistaken, that painting looks to be of sr1 stilwater, the Samedi from sr2, and the minigun from sr3.
