Mission not loading

On the saving Johnny Gat mission, the cutscene on the ship ends and it has the loading screen like normal to load the mission. Except, it never finishes loading, and it could keep loading for 5 minutes.
I never get to play the mission. Someone please help?
 
I have the steam version and the mods I have installed are Additional Cheats, Weapon Textures (which dont work), Disable duel wield, (deleted it and my weapons are glitchy), Sandbox plus, Customize any vehicle, NR4.

Remove all mods, verify your chache on steam and the try again. If that didn't work start a new game just to see if the missions load.
