One question. I was watching a tutorial on making mods with gibbed and i was wondering if they are compatible alongside GoTR. If not how can i make a mod that is?

Not easily. Most of the mods in GotR touch many different files and it took forever to get everything balanced where the game wouldn't crash or other weird behavior.
What about like sandbox+ where it like goes in that mods folder in GoTR

Some mods like that will work, and some mods will cause weird issues or even crashing. It depends on which files are touched, and which optional mods are installed.
