There was a mod tool I use to use in GTA:VC that allowed you to have certain cars spawn in certain locations (like they spawned there on their own). I remember having a parking lot with all my favorite cars sitting in it.

Well I was wondering, is there anything like this? or anything possible to do this? I want to do something fun with a stronghold.
 
You would need to use powertools and physically go to each location you want to spawn to get the xzy coords from the osd. Then you would need to add new entries for each one to parking_spots.cts. It would entail a lot of manual work and adjustment to get right.

I remember a Location Editor in GTASA which showed the entire GTASA Map and you could filter which CAR you search & it showed where they are & you could add/edit them.
 
Well, you can edit the parking space cts file and put any car in a parking spot. You would need the xyz coordinates of the location though from Powertools, and edit the cts by hand in notepad. It's actually quite easy.
