MOD REQUEST: deckers net player juggernaut avatar

Why is it that after http:/deckers.net you cant get the awesome juggernaut avatar anymore ( the one with the sword and blue fire breath). is it possible to make
a mod to put it in your garage ( as a vehicle) after the mission, and wreck some havoc on the streets, cutting away syndicates and frying stags ( pun intended) , or if that is impossible , make the sword a weapon for your character ( gonna look odd like shit, but it will do the trick)
 
It's probably a little more complicated than that. I don't think it's a vehicule, it's probably an alternate armor with a skeleton rig of its own, so it could be possible to have it as clothes but I don't know how we could change the skeleton and animations.
 
I haven't seen that mission yet, but this make it sound like the game engine supports having the player control alternate models and abilities that aren't vehicles. As for making it DO that... well, i don't know how the missions are implemented. If they're scripts that we can extract and edit, there may be some hope for a permanent replacement mod?
