Mod Request: Geo-Mod Destruction

I can understand how this one would take a long time to do, since it may involve adding many building interiors, and could lag a lot if done incorrectly, but it would be completely awesome. Also, if this was done, it would be a good idea to make it so that each time you load your save, the buildings are back to normal.
