Mod Request: Superpowers

Now I don't mean "Superpowers" like the "Can't Die" cheat, I mean actual Superpowers, like the ability to control the elements, run on water & up walls at crazy speeds, fly, or pickup cars, for example. They could be a 'personality' feature for your character, they could be selectable movesets, they could be toggleable cheats, or they could be weapons with no model that give you the powers, possibly mix & match powers. :D

still, id definately go for a personal fly ability
i immagine it would be a bit like rideing a specter that you cant lose
 
And another power could be being able to morph your body parts (Your arms into swords, your legs into hammers, etc). Oh, and being able to turn your body into rubber (Possibly could make use of the game's ragdoll physics), stretch your arms out to grab someone, for example.
 
I can see Flying(or gliding really, really far) and walking on water working. Running up walls might work, and powers would probably be weapons that have special shots and no models (Pistol what has us hold our hands out then shoot energy blasts or something similar.) Or you could take the Cyber Buster and give it a Kahmehameha animation (This is a taunt so it could work) so we could be Goku or something.
 
You're requesting a mod which demands stuff that isn't is the game at all.
Even if some of it is possible, looking at it demands time, and there are already more feasible thing which modders are looking into.

IF it's possible and someone is interested in transforming Saints Row in Prototype, he will post here. Bumping your thread won't make it more important.
 
Sorry about the bump... I can definitely understand how it would take a long time to do though, since the different powers would probably require messing around with a lot of the different programming in the game.
