Mod to remove the smirk when streaking?

How difficult would it be to remove the code that switches your face to the smirk when nude? I tend to play the game without clothes 95% of the time, so never being allowed to set my facial expression is bothering me.

An alternative would be to code some article of clothing that was actually invisible. That'd be close enough even if it would block the actual streaking diversion.
