Mod to stop people from freaking out while driving a Tank

Is there any or can it be done? I'm pretty good at avoiding people and vehicles in a tank, but I want to be able to drive a tank around without people loosing it and running around (usually in front of my tank) and leaving their vehicles in my way.

Sometimes I just feel like driving the Challenger or Crusader around without causing carnage and destruction. As far as I know, most people in real life wouldn't freak out if a tank rolled through the city, unless it starts firing its guns and cannon. Some places as far as I know allow tanks, but only if the owner has a permit, it doesnt obstruct traffic, and it doesnt damage the roads (I've seen heavy tanks and tracked APC's drive over normal roads before, not even a mark is left behind unless it runs over something)
 
meow? ANything? I just wanna go on a peaceful sunday drive wihtout the cops chasing me all over, esepcially now that the STAG are on my arse >_<

Isn't that already part of GoS?! Cuz I was just gonna say: the freaking out is understandable behavior, considering you normally get notoriety on you when you take out the tank for a spin. And GoS just disables the auto-notoriety (good idea, btw! No point in 'punishing' you ere you did something wrong). But I guess the NPC behavior requires something else to be disabled as well.

Yep. It's already part of GoS. Some people just haven't seen the light yet and don't use it though. ;)

And that's sad. I was a little trepidatious too, at first, cuz it encompasses so much, but it's really rock-stable! :) Speaking of which, GoS rocks!!
