So I have both the Sandbox+ and Gentlemen of Steelport downloaded and are in my downloads folder. One thing I would like to ask before fully installing them is; I would like to toy around with Mods and such, but not while I'm actually playing through the campaign, I haven't finished the game and I would like to do that before I go through and use cheats and such. So is there a way to download them, but disable them when I don't want to use them? I'm sorry if this is answered in one of the other threads but I can't seem to find an answer. Also, can I download and use both those Mods, or do I need to pick one?
 
You can use both mods. Just make sure to use the sr3_city.lua from Sandbox+ instead of the one from Gentlemen of Steelport. There is no easy way to toggle them on and off. You would simply have to delete the files, and/or verify integrity on Steam.
