Ok I installed ComradeJK's Anatomically Correct Female Textures and its working perfect so Im pretty sure I know what I am doing. Later that same day I downloaded dark rain and Alternate stand mods. I am 100% positive I installed correctly. For alt standing mod all you got to do is copy and paste the 2 .xtbl files into the same area as the saintsrow4.exe which I did. Nothing happens when I get into the game, no ctd or freezing and when I load the game my char still does normal standing animations. Same thing with dark rain nothing happens at all. These mods should not effect any of the others so I got no idea what's going on. thanks for any help.

About Dark Rain, rain appears after 30-60 minutes, so you just have to patiently wait (or install Heavy Rain variant, then rain should appear after 5-10 minutes).
About Alternate stand, are you sure that you drop whole "tables" folder to Saints Row IV location instead of just copying .xtbl files?

Make sure you read the 'Read Me' files with all downloads you are using they will explain how to install the mod
Thanks installing the folder worked for the alt standing mod. The readme file did not make it clear if you are supposed to just copy the files or the folder.
