Mods not installing.

Everytime i try to use a mod it doesn't work when I run the game.

As soon as I download the mod i first paste it into steamapps/common/saintsrowthethird

I also tried unzipping it to steamapps/common/saintsrowthethird/packfiles/pc/cache

However when I go into the game the mod does not work. Do I need to delete any files which overwrite the mod?

I'm using the sandbox mod.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
You need to extract the contents to your SRTT install folder with the exe, and not the /cache folder. You then need to go through the readme and configure it by resetting your keybinds.

..\steam\steamapps\common\saintsrowthethird\
