More option in Rim jobs

Hi.
I want a mode that make more option in rim jobs that you can make a simple car like a strong tank!
I recenty upgraded the car rubber and it looks awsome!
I want it to be able in all cars and you can pot minigun and rocket lunchers on the car will be even more fun!

Please some one can make this mod????
 
Impossible with our current toolset. All of that info is stored in a binary cvtf file and the mesh itself, neither of which we have tools for.

Also, it's "mod" not "mode".
 
I didnt understand anything you said for me it was like
Imposibble with Bla Bla Bla all the info Bla Bla Bla binary Bla Bla Bla.
Please yes or no i am not a genius.
 
I thought saying it was impossible was pretty clear.
