More Presidential?

I really like SRIV, but I feel like they wasted the "you're the President!" element.

I did see the Cabinet outfits mod for the Saints, but I was also wondering if you can mod Secret Service homies in. Or, more ambitious, if you could mod the map and drop the White House and the monuments from The Saints Wing into the Simulation?

How moddable is the map anyway? Could the Saints Wing section be expanded into more of DC? Having SRIV be set in a Zin-ruled DC would've been cool.
 
You can't drop any elements since the map isn't editable ... yet.
But you can play around with the White House by using the sandbox+ mod by IdolNinja
