More super-powered enemies/Specific one-on-one mode/melee enhancements

Still early in the game, so maybe these suggestions are useless and they are already in the game IDK.
I don't know if this is possible, but it would be fucking awesome to have more super-powered enemies to fight.
They don't need to look unique at all, and can just use ingame models and powers, and hopefully have a good AI to challenge the player.
This would make combat 10 times more fun, as right now I am basically just slaughtering everything in my way :C

---

This brings me to my next idea: A new activity or game mode or something which allows for one on one super power confrontations. If something like an activity or game mode is not possible, then maybe a system which -
A. Puts a bubble around two super-powered enemies which takes all outside damage, and allows them to damage only each other.
B. Puts an area wide bubble with only the two combatants inside and everyone else temporarily pushed out.
Bubbles can either be timed, or until one dies.
If an activity *is* possible, then the other combatant should have highly boosted HP and powers to allow it to face the player better.

---

Now the final idea, and one that I think is really REALLY needed - Enhancements to Melee combat.
Seriously, it's nonexistent. I read up on Saints Row 2, and it seems to have a much better melee combat system.
I am not saying bring back that system, but I figure melee could use *some* depth.
Some basic suggestions -
1. Simple block mechanic which can be used while running. Doesn't need to have an animation, could just be a small forcefield in front of the player(SUPAHPOWERS is your explanation!). If possible, also a just guard mechanic where if timed right, all damage is negated and a counter attack opportunity opens up.

2. Pressing and holding the primary attack button(with fists selected) should allow you to do a dashing forward attack(Think Stinger from DMC, slightly similar to that), which causes moderate damage and throws enemies backwards due to sheer force(both to the players sides, and the front where the attack happens).

3. Allow attacks while jumping for the love of god! It's infuriating not to be able to use not only melee, but guns and what not while jumping! If melee in the air is not possible, how about just ranged weapons? ;_;
IIRC we already have a few air to ground powers(stomp), how about air-to-air melee?
In Prototype, you can literally karate kick helicopters, something simple like that would be welcome as well, usable when fists are selected.
EDIT:
AFAIK Saints Row 3 and 4 run on the same engine. Would it be possible to utilize the animations in the opening sequence of 3(where you are falling through the sky while shooting peeps) for jump attacks using guns?

4. Melee weapons should have these things applied as well, with perhaps additional unique attacks, like maybe the lazor sword can shoot laser sword waves(Think Zelda when your health is full) which travel a certain distance? The baseball bat could knock enemies into each other(Think the Bounce Rifle we W/E it's called, except with enemies and they home in on each other).

5. The ability to not be thrown back by wardens whenever you try to melee them. Heck, maybe an actual counter system where pressing secondary attack at the right moment would unleash a small stunning counter or something, or simply allow you to melee the enemy without being thrown around.

6. An actual dodge mechanic which can be used only while melee'ing. Think dodges in action games like DmC with the angel and devil dodges or Metal Gear Rising. Basically just a quick dash to left or right or behind the enemy, allowing you to elegantly chain simple melee hits together.
Would use a lot of stamina to prevent abuse of course.

...any good? AFAIK the SDK isn't out yet, but would this even be possible WITH the SDK? ;O;

I think it's sad that these things aren't added yet in the game, and I don't think we can do most of these things anytime soon.
However this:
Another idea/question:
How possible is it to have Super Homies as an enemy type in free-roam?
Easily done. Create a character entry in character.xtbl, and give it the following bit:
Code:
<Flag>has_super_powers</Flag>
If you also want the character to have a shield, add this too:
Code:
<Flag>has_ultra_shield</Flag>
Then change the character's team to either "Police", "Neutral Gang" or (maybe) "Luchadores" (I haven't tested if the last one actually works, honestly I think it's just used so aliens will get seen as enemies during missions, and has no value anymore in open world spawning).
Then include the character in a spawn group using spawn_info_groups.xtbl.

Brilliant to know the second idea can work! Gonna try it ASAP <3
Quick question...can this be used for random peds as well? Because then I am tempted to just break the matrix and give powers to ~everyone~ :3
