I am a disabled computer user and do not have the use of my hands. For my mouse I have a head-pointing device for mouse movement and a puff-switch for mouse click. When gaming l use a combination of the head-pointing device and voice command software to push keys. It works extremely well. However when steering of vehicles is done using keys it becomes very difficult.
A mod to steer using mouse was made for SRTT and it works perfectly! Could the same be achieved for SR4?
