So I'm new yeah, lets let that out of the way.
So the list of voice actors has come out and there are some new surprises

Based on the trailers we've seen, I have some theories on the characters.
So in the War for Humanity trailer, at the first Shaundi moment, we se her mourning over the dead Johnny Gat inside of the plane from the second mission in Saints Row The Third. Because its the same plane, Phillipe Loren is on it, however noting that he is now voiced by Zinyak's actor, Loren has probably become more "demonic" and then places Shaundi in a different nightmare realm, where she is old Shaundi. Before new Shaundi came in, the old one was likely having the confrontation with Veteran Child in that One mission at the club, because of the fact that the trailer depicts the same club with minor visual tweaks.
The last 3 Vice King Members, Big Tony, Tanya Winters, and Warren Williams. Again referring to the War for Humanity trailer, we go back to where King and the Protagonist have the moment where he says they're gonna kill Zinyak. Notice all the yellow cars around? That's probably King's Nightmare Realm and all his old gang members are there. (obviously it doesn't occur in reality because the three of the Vice King members are dead.

Thoughts? And I'm hoping that this isn't the full cast, and its just a tease of whats to come, as I hope I. Not the only one who wants Viola, Oleg, or Gat back
