Naga Tail/Legs?

May seem like an odd request, but I've always wanted to play as one of the naga from World of Warcraft. If anybody could do this, that would be amazing!

You can't create new race, you can create clothes.

But clothes will look crappy, as they can't be solid objects,right?

That's true. It requires adding animations otherwise it will be solid.
