Need a little Advice

I'm trying to make a mod that makes regular civilians act like Professor Genki. i.e. behaviors, ai, weapons. I have changed things in the various .xtbls such as ai_behavior, ai_personalities, spawn info catagories, spawn info rank. unfortunately none of this changed civilian behavior. An ideas on what I could try?

You have to edit character.xtbl and change the <rank> in every civilian entry to "professorgenki" (if I recall correctly).

do you also know a way on how to swap characters in srtt cutscenes?

No idea - never did that.
