Need help with Bulldog's and Jet Bike's weapon modds

Hi, I need help with my modds.

(1). I tried to change my Bulldog's standard turret with N-Forcer laser turret.
So I changed Bulldog's xtbl files (weapon links) with N-Forcer weapon links. (I only mess up with the xtbl files because it's the easiest and safest way for me).
But it didn't work. The driver or the crew can't fire the weapon. But if I used weapon links from saints tank, from vtol or from condor, it worked well.
I didn't want to use tank laser cannon or laser gun from the condor, because the National Guards used the same Bulldog, so they became too tough for the saints.
Is there any way to change it?
I have changed my Saints N-Forcer using the vtol laser and my stag N-Forcer using the Specter laser gun. And it worked well.

(2). Is there any way to change the jet bike weapon to v-tol weapon? So the jet bike can also fire missile and laser? I tried to change the jetbike weapon links to v-tol weapon links, but only the laser worked, the missile didn't work. I can lock my target the same as v-tol, but there is no way to fire any missile.
I have changed my tornado weapon using v-tol weapon, and it worked well. My tornado can fire missile the same way as v-tol.
Any help or suggestion with this?

(3). Can I create 'a new vehicle name', so I can modd my vehicle (such as Bulldog, Tornado, Vulture) using the best weapon, make it more faster, without affecting the national guard's vehicle and morningstar's Tornado ? If can, how should I do it ?
