Need to disable shaders to improve preformance on low-end computer

ok, so my friend needs some way to disable the shaders because his computer cant handle SR3 very well, even at the lowest settings. any suggestions?

Lower the screen resolution. Not just lowest settings will do it. Some computers the graphics card won't handle the full resolution of the game so you might want to try 1280×720 or lower to improve framerate and performance.
