New DLC not giving me all of its rewards?

I have played the Enter the Dom DLC twice and I get the spank me outfit and all the new homies :). The only things I'm not getting or can't seem to find are the vehicles you get :(. Do they have to be called from your phone or what?

I take it you've checked the garage? Or did the unlock message not show up after completing "Escape the Dominatrix" the first time?
