Volition is finally giving access to the clothing items that we've all modded in since launch, but I haven't seen a patch hit for either the exe or for patch_compressed.vpp_pc yet.
New patch today?

Started SR:TT, logged into community(dunno if its necessary), started game and went to wardrobe. I can confirm these items were in fact added, the "patch" is not a normal, shows up on Steam patch.

That is extremely strange since any new clothing would have to be updated somehow, either via an update to the exe or patch files.
Given that the "All Saints Day" message scrolls on the bottom of the screen, there's probably some out-of-band (well, out of Stream's band, anyhow) connection directly to THQ that can tweak files here and there; I wish I had done a full dump to compare pre- and post- logging in to see what changed.
Alien antennae and a bunch of volition t-shirts iirc (it's also what the twitter shot in the first post says). Nothing out of ordinary.
