New tattoos

Hidiho, I'm new in this forum.
After i've been searching on google and in different forums i would like to ask you guys.
Is there a mod for new tattoos or is it possible to add new tattoos with a tool?
The tattoos which are in SR3 are just boring and ugly so please help me.

Someone on these forums found out how to add and not replace tatoos. Though I really forgot who it was and what forum.

It was on Nexus (still have the bookmark), but their site is down while they switch to new domain, so all the stuff on their forums is AWOL for now.
