Drop the .xtbl file into your Saints Row IV root folder (steamapps/common/saints row iv)

Disables the Explosive ammo for the pistol

You're free to use this in mod packs, as long as you give credit to me.
Also I don't know a lot modding.
You can also request features to be added, I may be able to do it.....
