No notoriety gain

I don't know if this would need to be its own mod by itself, or if it could just be added to the excellent cheats mod, but I'd like a mod where no matter what you do you won't gain notoriety. I've been playing around with friends in co op a lot and making up your own games to have fun with (tossing a pedestrian back and forth with TK for example) is super annoying when you have to stop every minute to catch a golden cid or have Zin all over you.

So yeah, that's what I'm requesting. It doesn't seem too difficult since I'm fairly certain this was available as an SR3 mod.

It has a recharge time. I don't even want the police to start attacking me. As the OP said, there was a mod for SR:TT that forced the notoriety to stay at zero.
