No superpowers?

I saved the game in planet zin menu in coop after a disconnect and my superpowers disappeared :|

Other save file:

In game too, not only in the menus.

I also see that you have the executive privilege pack DLC. I don't know how but that might be messing up your game. If you have bought the game on Steam then try to uninstall the DLC.
