This mod would include:
1. A small, loft sized crib on one of the streets ( far away enough from rim jobs to set a waypoint) with a garage. This makes Rim jobs useful.
2. A fast food restaurant (like Apollos) on the island.
These two features make the island less pointless and more fun to travel to. Also. It makes the island feel less like dull Steelport. It also gives the Rim jobs on the island a purpose.
