Oculus Rift for Saints Row IV!

This seals the deal for me. I'm preordering an Oculus Rift dev kit 2 for personal use.

I spoke with the MrJTDekker, and he's also going to be doing a how-to video on getting everything working with SRIV and the Rift.

Holy fuck the Dubstep Gun. That has to be amazing in an OR. That and the superpowers concerned with movement. SR:TT would be fun to try, but I think SRIV could be something I'd sink hours into just with the OR.

And I thought they said the actual release was going to be cheaper than the Development kit

Well, what I know is that the official release for the base model is going to have 1080p displays and head tracking - It's supposed to be just as good as DK2 if not slightly better, as well as having an appearance that looks more like the concept model

$300 isn't even a large amount for a decent display.
