On the mission The Belgian Problem, the chandelier wont fall.

I'm not sure why. It cuts to my character oddly sitting on top of it.

You can hear Oleg talk and then my guy screams "Get off my ball" and then I die.

None of this happens, I'm just getting shot by the people on the floor that the mass damper (what that ball is) is located.


I'm on the Steam version, no purchased DLC.


Has this happened to anyone else?


Specs:

Windows 7 x64 (up to date)

Nvidia GeForce 760 (2GB - Up to date drivers)

AMD FX-8120 at 4GHz (I've played with this before at the same clocks, no issues. I did have an AMD 6850 at the time).

8GB of DDR3 Ram.

Asus Xonar DGX (also new to the game)

Do you have the death orb mod installed, either standalone or an option selected with Gentlemen of Steelport? That modifies the ball to make it flyable and breaks the mission.

Not that I can think of, but read over the known issues file that comes with the mod. It should detail any other potential problems you might run into.
