One color for each gang

I create this thread to know if it's possible to change the color of the enemies in the map like:
Red points for MorningStars
Green points for Luchadores
Blue points for Deckers
and White points for STAG and Cops

I'm not sure, I think all gangs and law enforcement agencies use the same red dot, its one texture. If you change that it goes with all the gangs. Would be nice though, I defenitly would like a mod like this to. Imagine being able to create red/blue flashing dots for police ;)
