Patch Suggestion - Disable Tutorial Popups

A menu option to completely disable tutorial popups and reminders would be a great addition for players who are already familiar with the game mechanics. I really do not need to see PRESS CTRL TO CROUCH the first time I do so every time I load a save game.

Seconded. Lots of annoying examples, too many to recount. I think the only useful tutorial message I've ever gotten was one reminding me how to switch radio stations, and that's only because I couldn't take five seconds to look at my keybindings.

I like when everytime I pass a homie by, I am greeted by a pop-up saying "Press Z to recruit a homie". In a big black box on the left side.
