When was the last time you played? It could be akin to the Steam patch a bit ago to patch the patch.. one added DLC content and some bug fixes but broke the weapons tables and some save stuff, so they worked and patched it and pushed out another patch to fix it and keep the saves all working. That was... two weeks ago, ish? The 30th actually, on Steam, so dunno when it would have hit there.
If not, maybe it's a separate issue patch. The patch releases can differ since the engine differs a little and issues come up on one platform versus the others..
