Is there any way to make gang members and military/STAG always spawn all over map and fight each other like in the Three Way mission, but with no notoriety given to the player? I do enjoy seeing NPCs fighting each other but with notoriety bar raised to 5 on both sides it seems they only fighting the player, rarely going against each other...
P.S. I'd like to see spawning army tanks, helicopters, and humveys going against gang specialists and brutes, not just ordinary foot soldiers fighting each other in a mess.
