I ported this IdolNinja's masterpiece to Saints Row IV for my Things To Do In Dominatrix mod pack but I decided to release it separately as well.
Let me quote the original IdolNinja's description:

Removes the obscured slots and VIDs so that the players face, hat, eyewear, face piercing, etc will show up on the blow up doll outfit. The Toilet outfit also sprouts legs. Creepy!

--> HOW TO INSTALL? <--

• Copy 'customization_items.xtbl' file to your Saints Row IV install folder.
  • TIP: Saints Row IV install folder will be wherever you installed Steam: ..\Steam\SteamApps\common\SaintsRowIV\
• Done! Enjoy your new blowup doll and toilet costumes!

--> COMPATIBILITY <--
If you would like to use this mod with my Clothes Fixes + Extended Wardrobe bundle, overwrite its 'customization_items.xtbl' with the one from 'Clothes Fixes + Extended Wardrobe' folder.
