Hmmm. I don't understand too. It works fine for me. Just unrar the Idolninja's file in your SRTT directory (super_fist_for_sale.rar), run the game, go to any friendly fire and... voilá! it's available to buy under the melee weapon's menu.

You're doing something wrong. Do other mods work for you? Are you sure you extracted the archive and put the xtbl file itself in your srtt install folder?
