Populate desolate cribs?

Hy, i'm new here (wanted to thanks you all for the great mods!)
I don't know if is possible but i hate being in Angel and Kinzie cribs sometimes because they are empty: is it possible to make gang members spawn there like in the other cribs? You know, smokin, chatting, eating and drinking... that would be nice^^

I think they are programmed that way because both locations are like the "personal" living spaces of both of those characters, plus they are both essentially "loner" personalities and dont like to be surrounded with people like in the first crib (not shaundi's ex) you get that has the helicopter pad - personally my favorite crib is the safeword building!
