Porting vehicles from GOOH?

Hi. I would like to know is it possible to port vehicles from SR GOOH to IV. I was trying to port Limo but it doesn't work:
veh_sp_limo01_glt_media.bnk_pc [Added to main folder of the game]

sp_limo01_glt_veh [Added to main folder of the game]
sp_limo01_glt_cust [Added to main folder of the game]

sp_limo01_glt.xtbl [Added to main folder of the game]
sp_limo01_glt.cvtf_pc [Added to main folder of the game]
vehicle_containers.asm_pc [Edited - added limo]
vehicle_cameras.xtbl [Edited - added limo camera]
spawn_info_groups.xtbl [Edited - added limo to traffic]
cheats.xtbl [Edited - added cheat (givelimo)]

What I did wrong or what should I do to make it work (if it's possible)?

The game can't load new xtbls .

Hm. Also I was trying to repleace Ambulance but problem is just with the model (textures and all xtbl files works fine)

Yeah something changed with the vehicle models beteween the games
