SR2 Pos. Issue

I've came across an un-explained issue when modding a crib into SR2, I opened up cribs_SR2_city.cts to put the co-ordinates on $pos. But when I was doing that I noticed I had to put co-ordinates in one named
$Orient. I used powertools to display the co-ordinates for the suburbs dock as an example but it didn't help.
What is "$Orient" and what do I put down. Do I just put down

$Orient: (I)

I had to use () as an example instead of [] because when I put "I" in the middle it changes. edit: I found out it's the way it faces.
