When I enter any of the clothing stores and press the correct button to enter it my player freezes not allowing me to change my clothes? :(

That's almost certainly a mod you have installed which isn't compatible with the latest patch 5.
 
I have the same problem with my weapons cache screen locked up and showing nothing, after I deleted what I thought were the mods. Verifying it with steam didn't fix it.

edit: fixed just by deleting more stuff and verifying. Or do as idolninja says in the other thread and delete all these file types in the main folder

*.xtbl
*.lua
*.asm_pc
*.str2_pc
