Possible this 2 tools?

Hi guys i'm new here and i will only ask "if it's possible" this 2 tools.

1 - A tool character selector, like gta 4. We can change our ped in game, example a fat women.

2- A tool to import and export your own character, you have been made in game story line. For example i create a women and i need to extract them or save them to a file and import one character who made someone "Hulk for example" No mods for clothes or nothing, only the options we have in game to read well. Because the mods will screw up the game. "For now or never be implented".

I think 1 is impossible for now, because the player cannot use NPC models, as far as i can tell. They're based on an entirely different rigging system. I mean, you can set the models, but they look all wrong, and switching the rig just makes them look even worse.

I'm not ask about getting from the website, i mean get the characters from the game you made in the story, by using them offline.
Trade them without downloading from the website and put them in other websites.
Example: extract a .txt or .xml file as a code.

Hey AnimalBear, There are alot of cool characters on the site Corrodias gave you, Hulk etc. Pretty easy to download and upload.

There isn't a tool to automate this process right now, and i don't expect anybody to make one, because there is very low demand for such a thing.
