Why not both :P, as I loved the mission that its in in SRTT, thers never enuf diffrent songs in Saints Row I find but I guess its due to budget
Id like to see them have a personal media player built into game that we can open online radio stations with and make playlists from our own songs
but the game will controll the volume and when it plays as to not mess with cut scenes/diaglog

Speaking of Hip Hop I would have loved to seen some tracks prod by 9th Wonder in SRIV or at least some Noutorious B.I.G
its a shame as GTA had a pretty epic selection of Hip Hop as far as I know, not played but I seen a post listing all the tracks online just before the game came out
