Problem with the site?

I forgot my password, so I had the site send me a new one, I get the first email (the "verification for password reset" email) but then I click the link in that email, it brings me to a page that says "A new password has been generated and sent to your email". But I never get the email that contains the new password. I tried several times, still doesn't work. I've just been signing in with steam, but I want to know my password for this site too.
