Problem with .xtbl files

Hi everyone! I'm new here and i don't understand the world of the mods.
I have a question; it can sound stupid but i'm a noob:
How can i combine some .xtbl files? For example, these two weapons.xtbl files. Is there a program? Do i have to combine them for myself?
