when I get on the street, almost no one's there, only sometimes someone show up.. but no vehicles (only parked) and no people.. I dont know where is the problem, I didn't give anything to the game last time, pls give me an advice.

"Alternative Times of Day" optional files break spawning. If you do not installed it, I do not know what can be a reason of your problem. But I have one another idea. You have newest Sandbox+ (Alpha .50)?
 
I downloaded this file: update saint john (beta2).rar, so I probably dont have aplha.50.. but weird is, that yesterday was everything fine

Saint John Apocalypse is a one of "Alternative Times of Day", so it breaks spawning at some times of day. Try install newest Alpha .50 without "Alternative Times of Day". Pedestrians and cars will start spawn again at every time of day.
