Call me weird, but I enjoy purchasing all the stores and cribs in SR2 and one of the features I liked in SR:TT was purchasing landmarks and buildings even if you couldn't enter them.
Not sure if it's possible but I'd love to purchase a whole bunch of other misc buildings around Stilwater. There's also a couple of buildings that can be entered but not bought, such as the Ronin strip club Stronghold.
Not a requirement obviously, but it'd be nice if you could have Saints around these landmarks, similar to the stores.
I'm also curious if it's possible through to take control of Saints Row districts, Prison and Nuclear Plant islands.
