Quantum break mod

Please create a slow motion mod, it's just insane for the 3d action and super powers, I've always wanted to test that mod on gta v, but gta v has it's probs with the framerate, please contact me as soon as the slow motion mod is created

It is possile to make a slow motion mod not like in Quantum Break (everything is slowed down except you) but more like Max Pane
