Hello, is it possible to make such a mask in the SDK?

Short answer, eventually. The first thing they said that the SDK will do is allow you to modify/make weapons. I believe making new clothing options was third on the list (i.e. the third major release of the SDK).

EDIT: I was wrong, clothing is second on the list.
