Don't be so hard on me , I'm a female and I'm new to this lol, is it possible to play as a npc like in gta 4? It would be awesome if we could cause most npc females look pretty nice , I'm getting kind of tired of using and reusing the same old things for my custom female ):

There is no known way to play as npcs other than this mod which is extremely buggy and only (somewhat) works for male characters:
