Quick vehicle question

While I'm waiting and my brain is ticking over... does the Swindle spawn in the open world? In the (few) vids I've watched so far, I've only seen it in that one mission, but then I could also be mistaken.

Fair enough; I suspected as much. Does the Kaneda exist in a similar state too or does it spawn in the wild?

I found the Kaneda in the location one spawned in in SRTT (the airport), and I have seen a few peds riding them.
